Job Title: Partner Integration Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Manager of Partner Integration in developing and executing activities related to the lateral partner integration program, including introduction/welcome communications, orientation schedules, and logistics for meetings involving travel or virtual settings.
- Collaborate with administrative departments and practice groups to ensure successful onboarding and orientation for all lateral partners.
- Work alongside practice group leadership, key partners, and administrative leaders to create and support an individual integration plan for each lateral partner.
- Offer excellent client service by directly supporting new lateral partners, engaging one-on-one to offer insights and recommendations for internal meetings to advance integration initiatives.
- Track and measure the integration process of each lateral partner and identify strategic methods to drive overall success.
- Support the firm’s Partner Education Series and any training and development initiatives for both lateral and rising partners.
- Assist the broader Partner Recruiting and Lateral Integration and Legal Talent teams as needed.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree (.) from a four-year college or university is required, along with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A strong focus on exceptional client service is required.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- The candidate must be effective in a team environment and have a strong desire to collaborate effectively.
- A high level of productivity and a strong work ethic are essential.
- The ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands is necessary.
- The ability to read and interpret general business documents, instructions, and manuals, write routine business correspondence, and speak effectively with employees, clients, candidates, and external vendors is required.
- Comfort in interacting with all levels of personnel, including practice group leadership, firm management, and Chiefs, is necessary.
Salary Information:
- For positions in Chicago, IL, the salary range is $80, - $128,.
- For positions in New York, NY, the salary range is $91,500 - $146,.
- For positions in Washington, DC, the salary range is $84, - $134,.
- The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
- Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package, which may include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Additional Information:
- The position is full-time and offers a hybrid working schedule of 3 days in-office/2 days remote.
