Litigation Paralegal/Legal Secretary The candidate should have a high school or equivalent. Should have 1-4 years of expereince in Personal injury law and Litigation. Fluency in Spanish is required. Should be dedicated and hard-working. Should be a Team Player. Desire to learn is needed. Should be organized and detail-oriented. Fast typing skills--the ability to transcribe digital dictation is required. Should be able to handle a large workload. Should be able to multi-task. Must be able to perform under pressure. Should have knowledge/ be able to draft legal documents including, Pleadings, Demand Letters, Requests for Admissions, Production, Responses to Discovery Demands, Agreed Orders, and other documents relating to matters in all stages of litigation. Should be able to efficiently multitask and prioritize work quickly. Should have knowledge of electronic filing requirements in Florida State and Federal Courts; Preferred knowledge of Outlook, and Word.
