Law Firm Seeking Associate with Experience in Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits
**Members Only**, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking a talented and motivated associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in executive compensation, employment & benefits to join our Tax Department. This position is available in multiple offices including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Washington, .
Job Title: Associate - Tax, Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive compensation, employment & benefits
- Strong academic credentials
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of employment
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of attorneys to advise clients on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Assist in drafting and reviewing executive compensation and employee benefits plans, agreements, and other related documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex tax and benefits issues
- Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive advice to clients
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance for clients
