Paralegal - Contracts at Velo3D:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents for industrial 3D printing company
- Provide comprehensive contract support to the legal department
- Develop and maintain systems for managing information and workflows
- Assist with corporate governance duties
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to find creative solutions
- Participate in recurring meetings to build knowledge of the company's business

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program
- 8+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with technology clients
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Salary Information:
- Starting base salary between $90,000 and $104,000
- Dependent on factors such as work experience, job-related skills, and location
- Eligible for additional forms of compensation
