Job Title: Experienced Trademark Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and foreign prosecution for a large portfolio, including the preparation and filing of documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
- Prepare . Federal and state trademark prosecution and post-registration documents; draft trademark goods/services specifications and determine appropriate specimens.
- Review Office Actions and prepare responses to the USPTO.
- Handle the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) process, including opposition and cancellation proceedings.
- Utilize third-party search platforms to conduct trademark clearance searches and provide initial analysis of search results; summarize third-party full searches.
- Prepare correspondence to clients regarding all aspects of foreign and domestic trademarks.
- Manage and oversee docketing of critical events on assigned workload.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Perform other duties as may be requested and/or assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- 3 – 5 years of recent and hands-on experience with . and foreign trademark prosecution.
- Experience with IP management software, such as Anaqua, Foundation IP, or CPi.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
