- Minimum 6 years of litigation experience in employment law, including wage and hour and discrimination/harassment matters
- Draft and review employment policies and related documents such as offer letters and separation agreements
- Experience with labor relations is a plus
- Must be licensed in Oregon, eligibility for Washington and CA (with PAGA experience) licenses is a plus
- Work closely with experienced lawyers and have opportunities for growth and client ,000 per year, determined during interview process
