Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare DS-160 applications for all visa types. Prepare and file PERM cases end-to-end including prevailing wage, ad placement, and preparing and filing the PERM application submission. Prepare and file I-140, AOS, and Immigration Visa Applications (DS-260s). Manage caseloads, prioritize filings and collaborate with attorneys. Keep all internal databases updated . Clio and INSZoom to track case milestones, RFE/Audit due dates, and status expiration dates. Maintain soft copies of all files (paperless). Answer calls, provide excellent customer service, collect documentation from clients, process mail and track cases to closure. Should have 2 years of experience processing L Petitions; 2 years of experience processing E applications. 3-4 years of PERM experience is a plus. EB1, NIW, Waivers, Family, and other Immigration experience is also a plus. Should have excellent writing skills. Detail oriented.
