Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have high-Volume Plaintiff Personal Injury Experience. 1 year of Plaintiff-side personal injury legal experience required. Must have experience in the following areas: treatment coordination; drafting correspondence; scheduling; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; communicating with attorneys, mediators, and court clerks; calendaring deadlines, assisting with discovery and pleadings. Clio case management software experience is a plus. Spanish Fluency Preferred. Pleasant demeanor. Must type 60+ Words per minute. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Gmail is required.
