Job Title: Proof of Claim Processor
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and processing of Proof of Claim (410 Form) and 410A Proof of Claim Attachment.
- Packaging of all essential loan documents.
- Filing of documents with the Bankruptcy Court.
- Following up with clients for necessary loan documents, account information, and figures.
- Updating client systems with the status of Proof of Claim.
- Providing paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
- Maintaining good client relations and being detail-oriented.
- Assisting with other duties and special projects as needed.
- Meeting all client and court deadlines and requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma required.
- Bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, or accounting experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate with trustees, bankruptcy courts, local counsel, and debtors' attorneys.
- Ability to interpret client systems.
- Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary Information:
- Pay type is hourly.
