Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is a remote work from home opportunity, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks within the Accounting department, including billing, invoicing, and resolving invoice issues. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned work duties and responsibilities in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to inquiries accurately and promptly
- Identify and document root cause issues
- Record time worked daily
- Adapt to changing business conditions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Continuously improve processes and identify solutions
- Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred, high school diploma required
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, or accounts payable preferred
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or Oracle
- Experience using invoicing platforms such as Black Knight's LoanSphere, CoreLogic's iClear, or Altisource's REALRemit preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
