Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file foreign patent applications. Prepare correspondence. Serve as point of contact for clients and foreign associates as needed. Prepare formal documents, including Declarations, Powers of Attorney, and other documents as required by foreign countries. Review incoming correspondence regarding current status of foreign or PCT applications and ensure accuracy of information, including patent applications, formal requirements, filing details, etc.. File and assist in prosecution of design patent applications. Perform research and compile data as requested. Review, process and maintain client dockets for filling deadlines. Ensure payment of all grant fees. High School diploma degree is required. Should have 5+ years of . and foreign patent paralegal experience. Paralegal certificate is preferred.
