Job Title: Regional Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
The Regional Marketing Assistant is tasked with supporting the marketing initiatives of the law firm in assigned offices. Under the supervision of a Senior Regional Marketing Manager and following established policies and procedures, the assistant collaborates with local and national marketing staff to support various marketing-related initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Regional Marketing Team with planning firm-hosted events, such as client and prospect seminars, webinars, receptions, and community engagement affairs. This includes researching venues and catering options, developing mailing/invitation lists, maintaining CRM event data, collaborating on event invitation development, maintaining the intranet calendar, preparing guest nametags, processing invoices, and managing vendor relationships.
- Assisting with the organization, tracking, utilization, and distribution of sports and event tickets for client entertainment purposes.
- Executing benefits, tracking, and payments related to community engagement and sponsorships.
- Coordinating scheduling for firm website photography sessions for new legal personnel.
- Maintaining inventory of silver name badges for office(s).
- Sorting and delivering marketing team shipments.
- Supporting special projects as requested by the Senior Regional Marketing Manager.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education related to marketing is a plus.
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible related work experience is preferred, especially in event planning and coordination in a professional services industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with attorneys, staff, and clients.
- Ability to provide information courteously while safeguarding confidentiality and effectively representing the firm.
- Experience with marketing databases and familiarity with marketing-related computer tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
- Strong learning aptitude, diligence, and initiative to produce accurate, timely, and complete work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
- A positive can-do attitude, professional demeanor, and team-player behavior.
- Flexibility to work more than hours per week, including irregular hours, occasional overtime, and travel.
