Are you an experienced Collections Specialist looking for a new opportunity? Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking a qualified individual to join our Collections department. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience working with delinquent accounts, negotiating payment plans, and resolving billing issues. If you have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
The Position:
- Collections Specialist with 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients regarding delinquent accounts
- Prepare and send collection e-mails
- Negotiate payment plans
- Research, analyze, and resolve billing issues
- Coordinate with billing and handling attorneys
- Perform account reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- 2+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable at a law firm preferred
- Ability to effectively interact with attorneys and clients
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of legal billing systems preferred
- Familiarity with the appeals and deductions process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance record
- Some college experience in accounting preferred
