Job Responsibilities

Join the law firm as a Revenue Coordinator to become an essential part of the financial operations of one of the world’s leading legal firms. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, the Revenue Coordinator is entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

- Lead the Billing Cycle: Manage the entire billing lifecycle for assigned partners and clients, from proforma review to final invoice submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.
- Drive Collections & Cash Flow: Monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and proactively coordinate collections with attorneys, clients, and the finance team to resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Tackle Complex Billing Issues: Handle intricate billing needs, including rate accommodations, high-level write-offs, and client-specific requests with a problem-solving mindset.
- Master E-Billing: Oversee electronic billing via LEDES files and eBillingHub, ensuring successful submissions and prompt resolution of rejections or issues.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and internal teams to discuss billing strategy, address questions, and support revenue goals.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve as the go-to contact for billing inquiries, providing prompt, professional support that strengthens client and attorney relationships.

Education and Experience Information

To excel in the role of Revenue Coordinator at the law firm, candidates are expected to bring the following educational background and experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of billing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and compliance with client policies.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and finance teams.
- Comfort with navigating challenges, solving problems, and communicating issues clearly and promptly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with Elite 3E and eBilling systems like eBillingHub or similar.

Salary Information

The compensation for the Revenue Coordinator position at the law firm is structured to reflect the cost of living and other geographical considerations. The salary range is as follows:

- Bay Area: $74,000 - $105,000
