Job Title: Legal Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Case Manager will handle personal injury pre-litigation and some litigation cases, providing support to attorneys throughout all phases of pre-litigation. Key responsibilities include direct contact with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. The role requires managing a fast-paced environment, necessitating a high degree of organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience drafting and reviewing legal documents. Experience in managing medical records is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, with at least two years of experience. Personal injury experience is mandatory, and knowledge of FileVine or other case management systems is preferred.
Salary Information:
The position is full-time and offers a salary of per hour. Benefits include dental, vision, and health insurance, supplemental insurance, and 15 days of paid time off (PTO).
