Paralegal (Family Law) The candidate will take the lead and proactively manage cases from beginning to end, establish relationships with clients and keep them informed of case status, draft forms, pleadings, briefs, discovery and correspondence and write effective declarations. Prepare for trials, MSC's and hearings, including preparation of trial notebooks and exhibit binders. High school or equivalent degree is required. Should preferably have 1+ years of Family Law experience. Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
