Job Title: Paralegal - Family Law

Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet potential clients and promote the services offered by the law firm.
- Communicate with clients to increase levels of business activity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records and accounts of law firm clients.
- Complete follow-up procedures with law firm clients.
- Report any client disputes or concerns to the general manager immediately.
- Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain attorney calendars and case files.
- Schedule appointments, court appearances, and mediation/deposition hearings.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and attorney.
- Prepare and review discovery packages, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, and production requests.
- Assist staff and attorneys with additional tasks as requested.

Education and Experience Information:
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in family law is required.
- Experience with Needles software is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is estimated between $44,000 and $61,000 per year, according to Glassdoor estimates.
- The median salary is approximately $52,000 per year.

- This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
