Job Title: Case Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all case operations, including the development, implementation, and promotion of tools and processes necessary for case teams to effectively manage client cases.
- Collaborate with Legal Leadership to oversee timelines, pacing, and scope of case work to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage inventory reporting by providing transparency into the status of case work, evaluating performance, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
- Partner with Product, Legal, Marketing, Biz Ops, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot obstacles and devise creative solutions to challenges faced by case teams.
- Develop communication programs to deliver an exceptional client experience, including designing outreach plans and organizing group events both in-person and online.
- Monitor the effectiveness of all inbound and outbound client communications, including those from Case Staff and third-party vendors, to enhance client engagement.
- Oversee staffing requirements as well as the training and onboarding of new case team members.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in management consulting, business operations, or an operations management role.
- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize information, simplify complexity, and deliver actionable plans.
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience in delivering data-driven recommendations.
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment across multiple high-priority projects.
- Bonus points for prior knowledge of the legal world, especially personal injury law firms, prior experience with Salesforce, and experience in startup or high-growth company environments.
