Job Title:

Experience Information:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law
Experience managing a caseload of personal injury cases
Strong understanding of medical records and insurance claims
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, working closely with attorneys
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
Verify and open insurance claims
Request and organize medical records
Evaluate demand packages and update as needed
Coordinate with billing analysts for insurance benefits
Make health insurance subrogation claims when necessary
Open Medicare subrogation claims
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in personal injury law
Strong understanding of medical records and insurance claims
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
