Job Title: Immigration Paralegal - LAB/IMG

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions and applications.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing support letters, forms, and related documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate with corporate clients and foreign nationals regarding case status, required documents, and timelines.
- Conduct research on immigration regulations and case strategy.
- Maintain accurate case records and use case management software.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on case progress.
- Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and audit requests under attorney supervision.
- Prepare case summaries and status reports for clients.
- Support attorneys during client consultations and compliance assessments.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of corporate/business immigration experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- In-depth knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and DOS processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with immigration case management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle high volume efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
