Job Title: Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
The Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the lateral partner recruitment function across the entire law firm. Reporting directly to the Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment, the assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Drafting, preparing, and managing interview schedules, calendar invites, and meeting details in collaboration with the Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator.
- Soliciting and tracking interview feedback from attorneys and circulating this information to the Director for review.
- Managing files for lateral partner candidates and ensuring all candidate submissions are entered and tracked in HighQ and cross-referenced with LawCruit.
- Coordinating with reception, meeting support, and office administrators to facilitate in-office interviews.
- Handling data entry and data management tasks as well as maintaining the filing system.
- Assisting with market and candidate research using various applications.
- Entering and tracking expenses related to the recruitment process.
- Providing daily and weekend roundups to the recruitment team.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant position should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of two years of professional and relevant work experience. Experience working within a law firm is preferred, as it provides familiarity with the legal environment and its unique demands.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Lateral Partner Recruiting Assistant position is between USD $46, and USD $75,. This range reflects the level of experience and expertise required for the role, as well as the responsibilities involved in supporting the lateral partner recruitment function across the law firm.
