Job Responsibilities
As a Paralegal in the Commercial Transactions department, you will provide exceptional support to the legal team, specifically focused on domestic and global transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, promotion terms, and contest rules.
- Supporting the insurance function, including preparing coverage applications and related schedules or supplements.
- Facilitating and overseeing the agreement execution process.
- Acting as an operations specialist to help keep the Commercial Transactions team organized and running efficiently.
- Designing and implementing knowledge management systems to ensure legal standards are easily accessible and up to date for stakeholders.
- Maintaining an accurate database of approved agreement templates, clauses, and intake questionnaires, ensuring version control and audit trails.
- Organizing and storing executed commercial agreements for easy retrieval.
- Supporting additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience Information
Candidates for the Paralegal, Commercial Transactions position should have:
- 4+ years of relevant transactional paralegal experience; experience in an in-house public company is a plus.
- A demonstrated business- and solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues, with sound judgment and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, developing positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- High organizational skills and a self-starting attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with shifting priorities.
- The ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines, navigating ambiguity and conflicting priorities with a problem-solving mindset.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a passion for supporting growing industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with DocuSign and LinkSquares (or similar CLM systems) is a plus.

Salary Information
The US hourly rate for this full-time position is USD - USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Compensation is determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
