Job Title: Bilingual Auto Property Damage Specialist - Work From Home
Job Responsibilities:
As a Property Damage Specialist at the law firm, you will be responsible for managing and resolving property damage claims efficiently. Your role involves collaborating with insurance providers, finance companies, and clients to ensure that claims are handled fairly and in accordance with legal requirements. The key responsibilities include:
- Obtaining repair estimates, photographs, evidence, and documents related to the client’s property damage claim.
- Coordinating property damage inspections with insurance companies and body shops.
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding client’s property damage claims.
- Setting up car rentals for clients and reminding them when the rental is due for return.
- Drafting documents and letters to insurance companies for rental reimbursement, deductible, Loss of Use (LOU), and any other out-of-pocket expenses.
- Performing other duties as required by management.
Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for this position, candidates must have experience in property damage or a related field. Familiarity with insurance claims processing and requirements is essential. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive salary. As the law firm operates across multiple states, any salary range provided may not be applicable in all states. The offer made to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including years of experience, education, and location.
