Paralegal The candidate will do discovery requests and responses. Prepare and enforce subpoenas. Coordinate depositions, working with experts, doctors, and clients, research, social media searches, FOIAs, abstracting transcripts, and summarizing medical records. A paralegal degree or certificate is required. Should preferably have 2+ years of paralegal experience. Timekeeping experience is a plus. Must have common sense, be conscientious, highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and with attorneys and be able to communicate effectively and courteously with clients. A casual, calm teamwork environment is required.
