The ideal candidate will also have experience in Tax, Estates and Trusts, IP, or Health Law. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in business and/or real estate transactions
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and agreements
- Attend meetings and negotiations with clients
- Advise on tax implications of business transactions
- Handle intellectual property and healthcare law matters as needed

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Maryland
- 8-10 years of experience in business and/or real estate transactions
- Experience in Tax, Estates and Trusts, IP, or Health Law is a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Some portable business preferred
