Job Title:
Business Transactional Lawyer

Experience Required:
- Substantial experience in business transactions
- Strong background in advising both start-up and established companies
- Experience with government contractors and non-profit organizations is highly desirable
- Comprehensive understanding of mergers and acquisitions, partnership agreements, and corporate governance
- Maryland bar license required, additional bars a bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide array of corporate matters
- Handle all aspects of mergers and acquisitions
- Draft and negotiate partnership and business agreements
- Advise on and prepare appropriate documents for succession plans
- Prepare corporate documents such as by-laws and corporate minutes
- Provide strategic legal advice aligned with business objectives
- Navigate complex transactions and offer insightful counsel
