Job Title: Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Job Type: Full Time / Onsite, M-F
Salary: $80,000—$90,000 USD

Job Overview:

As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal at Brandon J. Broderick Law Firm, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation. You will also provide exceptional customer service to clients, work collaboratively with a supportive team, and have opportunities for professional development and advancement within the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of 100 Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation
- Conduct 30-day calls with clients regarding medical care and treatment status
- Independently review cases and conduct investigations to gather necessary information
- Establish No-Fault and Bodily Injury claims
- Open claims with insurance companies and follow up on deadlines and procedures
- Communicate with clients and witnesses, and request necessary information
- Accurately enter information in the Case Management System
- Handle property damage claims when necessary
- Prepare cases for litigation

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager
- Experience handling a caseload of 100 case files or more using a Case Management System
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
