Job Title: Experienced Labor & Employment Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The role of an Experienced Labor & Employment Attorney at the law firm involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing comprehensive legal services in the area of labor and employment law. The attorney is expected to:

- Offer advice and litigation services regarding a range of workplace issues, including employee relations, HR management, policy development and implementation, staff and management training, and employment agreements.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to labor and employment.
- Handle issues related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Title VII, ADA, DOL, OWPA, OSHA, Wage and Hour, ERISA, FCRA, FMLA, OFCCP, WARN Act, cannabis-related employment issues, leave issues, business planning, policy drafting, workers' compensation, immigration, regulatory compliance, and auditing.
- Engage in traditional labor and litigation practices.
- Provide advice in specialized areas of labor and employment law, with the flexibility to focus on either transactional or litigation aspects.
- Collaborate with other members of the Labor & Employment team and engage in cross-selling opportunities with other practice areas within the firm.
- Expand the existing client base and demonstrate a drive for additional business generation.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the position should possess significant experience in the practice area of Management Labor and Employment Law for businesses of various stages and sizes, whether in a national or localized practice setting. The law firm values well-rounded experience in all areas of employment law, although specialists in separate areas are also encouraged to apply. A portable book of business, ideally valued at $200,000 or more, is advantageous but not mandatory. The role is suited for individuals who desire to grow and expand their current client base and legal expertise.

Salary Information:
Compensation for the position of Experienced Labor & Employment Attorney will be commensurate with experience. The law firm offers full benefits as part of the employment package.
