We are currently seeking experienced Paralegals to join our litigation team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a case load of 50-75 personal injury cases with efficiency and effectiveness
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and motions with accuracy
- Maintain regular communication with clients, counsel, experts, and courts
- Audit cases for expenses and keep case management data up to date
- Prepare trial documents and assist in trial preparation

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in personal injury law, particularly involving motor vehicle collisions
- Proficiency in preparing discovery responses
- Strong attention to detail and grammar
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Familiarity with personal injury litigation protocols
- Experience with trucking cases is a plus

Job Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills for phone, in-person, and email interactions
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software

Education Requirements:
- College degree or paralegal certification and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, 5+ years preferred

Working Conditions:
- Office environment with normal business hours
- Some overtime may be required

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary starting at $100,000
