Job Responsibilities
The Paralegal will support the nationally recognized practice within the law firm. The primary responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional legal service and sophisticated counsel in public finance and infrastructure transactions.
- Interacting professionally with attorneys, paralegals, staff, and clients, utilizing excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Maintaining acute attention to detail while multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Engaging in technical writing, legal or financial documentation, and analytical thinking.

Education and Experience Information
There is no specific educational requirement for the Paralegal position, but a Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred. While prior paralegal experience is not required, candidates should exhibit a strong aptitude for technical writing, legal or financial documentation, and analytical thinking. This role is intended as a career-track position with the opportunity for growth and increasing responsibility.

Salary Information
The salary range for the Paralegal position is $60,000 to $80,000.
