Job Title: Pricing Manager - (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Responsibilities:
- Create innovative pricing models and recommend appropriate choices for panel pitches and individual matters.
- Assist with and lead the negotiation of pricing arrangements, including alternative fee structures, to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Assess current firm pricing capabilities and propose projects to improve firm efficiency and output.
- Attend client meetings to discuss pricing and value-add offerings.
- Present to partners and other fee-earners to raise awareness of function and capabilities.
- Attend department meetings as needed to present on pricing and client value topics.
- Assist the Senior Manager in managing a team of Senior Analysts and Analysts to ensure work is delegated appropriately and completed satisfactorily.
- Lead partner training programs for all client value and pricing initiatives.
- Oversee the pricing team reporting function and maintain quality and integrity.
- Coach and mentor team members on best practices of the firm and client value team.
- Coordinate with the Legal Project Management Team on various pricing-related projects.
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the analytical and operational capabilities of the pricing team.
- Liaise with the firm programming team to maintain support tools to the highest standard and coordinate any required changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Education: required.
- Experience: Experience in accounting, pricing, financial analysis, or paralegal field. Experience within a large law firm or professional service firm sector is a plus.

Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage with team members on various accounting, reporting, and business issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing the root of technical and process-related issues and executing appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, 3E, and other related applications. Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is a plus.
- Familiarity with the firm’s approval process and ability to lead calls with key decision-makers to discuss approval requirements, approach, and strategy.
- Ability to supervise team members and delegate projects and responsibilities to streamline overall efficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
- Ability to combine strong business acumen with effective management skills.
- Understanding of the firm’s financial cycles and accounting processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Energetic, hands-on individual with a strong bias for action, receptive to ongoing coaching and development, and dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments to meet reporting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, a good listener with outstanding interpersonal qualities, and the ability to present views clearly and compellingly.

Salary Information:
- Pittsburgh, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta: $125,000 - $140,000
- Chicago, Philadelphia: $135,000 - $150,000
- Princeton, Washington .: $145,000 - $155,000

Other Information:
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Client Value Intern and select Analysts.
- Equipment To Be Used: Personal computer and other office equipment such as telephone, calculator, fax machine, copier, scanner, etc.
- Essential Job Functions: Ability to sit for prolonged periods, intense eye usage, finger, hand, and wrist dexterity associated with prolonged computer use. Ability to read and interpret written documents, computer screens, and other visual displays accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make judgment decisions, adapt to changing situations, communicate effectively orally and in writing, handle multiple tasks, and complete assignments within set timelines. Must work in the office as required and be able to travel for meetings and training as required.
- Working Conditions: Required to work in the office at least 3 days per week. Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of the normal daily schedule. The weekly schedule details will be discussed with the direct supervisor.
