Senior Paralegal - Real Estate The candidate will assist with due diligence required for real estate transactions. 0rder, review, and analyze title commitments, recorded documents, surveys, develop, monitor, and update closing checklists for each complex commercial estate transaction. Prepare documents and coordinate execution and delivery of documentation to other parties counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, vendors, etc.. Assist with the preparation of tax-related applications and work with clients to obtain the required documentation. Prepare petitions for tax consolidates and/or divisions, review and abstracts leases, and manage data rooms and matter files. Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is required. Should have 8+ years of experience as a paralegal.
