Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
- Support team members with various clerical tasks as needed to enhance overall productivity.
Education and Experience Information:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish and previous law firm experience preferred.
Salary Information:
- Pay: From per hour
- Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
- Job Type: Part-time
- Schedule: Day shift
