Job Responsibilities:
The Paralegal at the law firm in Garland, Texas, will work in a fast-paced environment managing a heavy litigation case load. Education and Experience Information:
To be eligible for the Paralegal position, candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Preference for candidates with a 2-year paralegal certificate or some college education
- Minimum of four years of experience as a legal assistant, as this role is not entry-level
- Outstanding computer skills and knowledge, particularly in Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with the E-file system is essential
- Experience with Docuware and Clio billing systems is helpful but not required

Candidates should also possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision is crucial. A keen attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt to varying physical demands are also important.
