Job Title: Associate Attorney – Product Liability/Complex Torts & Business Litigation

Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for supporting the Product Liability/Complex Torts and Business Litigation Practice Groups within the law firm. The key responsibilities include:

- Drafting and responding to discovery requests.
- Engaging in motion practice, including the preparation and argument of motions.
- Managing and organizing cases effectively.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Developing and discovering expert witnesses.
- Assisting in trial preparation and proceedings.
- Contributing to business development efforts.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney position should have:

- 2-4 years of experience in product liability and/or business litigation, preferably within complex torts.
- Exceptional research and writing abilities, along with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
