Job Title: Mass Tort and Product Liability Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Mass Tort and Product Liability Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks associated with mass tort and product liability litigation. This includes, but is not limited to, working on cases that involve large-scale legal claims due to defective products or widespread harm caused by negligence. The associate will also be involved in class action litigation, which requires managing complex legal processes that involve multiple plaintiffs. The role requires the associate to effectively contribute to both team-oriented and individual projects, ensuring high standards of client service and legal representation. The associate must demonstrate a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and clients, maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Mass Tort and Product Liability Associate position must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials. The position requires four to seven years of general litigation experience, with specific exposure to mass tort and product liability litigation. While not mandatory, experience in class action litigation is considered advantageous. Additionally, candidates must be admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota. Salary Information:
The salary range for the Mass Tort and Product Liability Associate position is between $200,000 and $240,000. This reflects the level of expertise and experience required for the role, as well as the expectation for high-quality legal service and client management.
