Job Title: Senior Coordinator, Firm Experience

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Coordinator, Firm Experience at the law firm is responsible for managing and maintaining the business development and marketing experience database, known as Foundation. The key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the business development and marketing experience database.
- Tracking the firm's involvement in various litigation and regulatory matters using internal and external resources, including press materials.
- Providing targeted experience for proposals and presentations through research support.
- Training global business development and marketing team members on the use of the Foundation database.
- Identifying best practices for using the Foundation database to pinpoint relevant litigation and regulatory experience.
- Demonstrating effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
- Managing firm resources responsibly.
- Complying with and understanding the firm's operations, policies, and procedures.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Candidates for the Senior Coordinator, Firm Experience position are expected to possess:

- Excellent database skills, including mining, entry, and maintenance.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Close attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and easily shift priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Ability to use discretion and exercise independent and sound judgment.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs.

Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:

- A Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of four years of related experience in a professional services environment, with a preference for those with law firm experience.

Salary Information:
The starting base salary for the Senior Coordinator, Firm Experience position is expected to be within the range of $90,000 to $100,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
