Job Title: Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant at the law firm, you will be an integral part of the pre-litigation team, handling personal injury cases from their inception to settlement. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Opening and setting up new client files.
- Reporting claims to insurance companies and placing statutory lien holders on notice.
- Drafting representation letters and requesting police reports.
- Ordering medical records and bills.
- Collaborating with attorneys, case managers, and medical coordinators.
- Communicating effectively with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other related parties.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ideally, candidates should have 1+ year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent education.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
- Candidates must be computer literate and proficient with standard productivity software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, effective team player skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- The ability to handle challenging situations with a friendly and approachable demeanor is necessary.

Salary Information:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $43,000 - $52,000 per year. The offered salary will depend on various factors, including years of experience in the job, years of experience in the required industry, and education level. The law firm is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not apply to positions in other states.
