Job Title: Law Office Coordinator/Legal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
The Law Office Coordinator/Legal Assistant at the law firm is responsible for a variety of administrative and legal support tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing monthly billing, invoicing, and payments for the firm, including client expense tracking, light bookkeeping, and collections activities.
- Creating new cases and entering client payment information and expenses into the firm’s case management systems with precision.
- Assisting the Founding Attorney and Paralegals with legal projects and correspondence, ensuring the completion of multiple assignments with high accuracy.
- Communicating daily with attorneys, clients, courts, and other agencies while maintaining attention to detail.
- Greeting clients, answering phones, transferring calls, taking detailed messages, and ensuring effective client communication and service.
- Managing a wide array of critical reports and projects, exhibiting exceptional listening and organizational skills.
- Maintaining client filing systems, merge documents, electronic forms, and other legal documents.
- Managing multiple outlook calendars, including scheduling client consultations, court appearances, and legal deadlines with accuracy.
- Assisting with sales and marketing activities, including proofreading and editing website content and other marketing tools.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of two years of Office Administrative/Legal Assistant experience is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program is necessary.
- Candidates must be able to work full-time on-site at the firm’s main office.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, commensurate with experience and credentials.
