Job Title: Estate, Gift & Trust Tax Partner

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor delivering strategic estate, gift, and trust tax solutions to ultra-high net worth clients.
- Lead and manage multiple client service teams across consulting, compliance, and controversy engagements.
- Provide technical oversight and risk management on complex tax matters, ensuring exceptional quality and compliance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through networking, relationship development, and market insight.
- Coach, mentor, and develop next-generation leaders within the practice.
- Collaborate with fellow Partners to align growth strategies, share insights, and leverage capabilities across the company.
- Remain at the forefront of estate, gift, and trust legislative and regulatory developments impacting private clients.

Education and Experience Information:

- CPA or JD required.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, law, or family office environments.
- Deep technical expertise in estate, gift & trust taxation, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
- Proven leadership in managing teams, mentoring professionals, and leading complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence, inspire, and lead.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of growing client relationships and revenue streams.
- Demonstrated collaboration across service lines and ability to innovate in client service delivery.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this role considers various factors, including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The salary range for this job is estimated to be $200, - $600, per year, with actual pay within this range determined by the specific qualifications and experience of the candidate.
