Job Title: Asset & Wealth Management Tax Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams.
- Independently solve and analyze complex problems.
- Utilize the company's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs.
- Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Address conflicts or issues with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the company's tax and audit guidance, code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Education and Experience Information:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Requires 4 years of experience.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- Thorough knowledge of compliance and consulting for financial partnerships.
- Knowledge of structuring funds to limit tax liability.
- In-depth tax technical skills in partnership tax forms.
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs.
- Success as a tax technical business advisor.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is between $99,000 and $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is listed for roles based in Maryland. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
