Nationwide Law Firm Seeking Experienced Recruiting Coordinator

Join the team at **Members Only**, a highly reputable national law firm, as a Recruiting Coordinator. This full-time position offers flexible options for remote, hybrid or onsite work schedules. We prefer candidates with experience in medium to large law firms.

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and tracking internal processes on a national level. This includes supporting lateral partner recruitment, onboarding, and adhering to best practices and firm policies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required as you will frequently interact with search agencies, lateral candidates, leadership, Human Resources, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Payroll, and other departments. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information are essential for this role. You must also be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle a high volume of communication with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and firm leaders
• Solicit feedback and manage follow-up inquiries
• Handle external and internal communication as a representative of the Recruiting department
• Source candidates and conduct outreach efforts using recruiting tools and search strategies
• Maintain and update reports and records in a timely manner
• Track projects and deadlines with inputs from cross-functional teams
• Understand the relationships and processes between different firm administration departments
• Provide coverage and support for team members in cross-functional areas as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a law firm
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ko,000 DOE and location.
