**Members Only** is currently hiring for a New Business Intake Coordinator to join their team. This is a remote role with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $80,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in NBI/Conflicts and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
The main responsibilities of this role include maintaining daily workflow, running conflict checks, making client matter adjustments, and assigning client matter numbers for the firm. The NBI Coordinator must maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Key Skills and Abilities for this role include proficiency in MS Office applications and computerized conflicts/workflow software, excellent analytical and research skills, and the ability to compile and communicate conflicts issues based on a variety of information. The candidate should also possess good judgment and the ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As a New Business Intake Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor new hires, staff, and attorneys on NBI policies and procedures. This position also offers the flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedule and goals.
