Paralegal (Franchise) The candidate will work with the firm's Corporate Practice Group. Will assist and support all aspects of a busy corporate practice, including franchising and regulatory compliance matters, M&A transactions, securities offerings, and commercial lease transactions. Should have 7+ years of corporate transactional experience with 4+ years in franchise regulatory-related work. Should have experience in redlining and finalizing documents for execution, entity formation, lien and other searches, online research, maintaining tracking systems for registration renewals, supplemental filings, and deadlines, working with high-volume documents, due diligence, drafting of FDD s, franchise, and area development agreements and other business agreements, and comment letter responses. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent typing, document/contract, and organizational skills. Must also be collaborative, resourceful, proactive, and be able to communicate with colleagues and clients effectively and efficiently.
