Job Title: Marketing Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and approve marketing and advertising materials, blog posts, website content, and client communications to ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
- Devise appropriate disclaimers, disclosures, and other legal requirements for marketing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver training for marketing and other departments on legal issues related to firm marketing activities.
- Keep the marketing department informed about changes in laws and regulations impacting legal marketing strategies.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on issues related to law firm marketing and advertising.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus a Paralegal Certificate required.
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of paralegal work experience, preferably with large business clients in the consumer products, food and beverage, banking, mortgage, or personal injury law firm industries.
- Familiarity with Google and MS Suites.
- Must be highly organized.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment required.

Salary Information:
- The starting salary is $90,000, depending on experience.
- The minimum and maximum salary is $90,000.

Additional Information:
- This full-time position works typical business hours from the Scottsdale, AZ office.
- The role involves video conference meetings, collaborative group project work, and independent execution of tasks.
- The position is critical to the legal operations within the high volume, fast-paced law firm.
- Overtime may be expected to perform essential functions.
- Occasional travel is required.
