Law Firm is seeking an experienced and organized Accounts Receivable Collections Clerk to join our Business Office in Oakland, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for daily printing of checks, processing vendor invoices and other financial obligations, and handling employee expense reimbursements. You will also be responsible for updating and issuing payments for attorney bar dues and preparing the firm's 1099 filings. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and exceptional communication and follow-up skills. This is a full-time position with a salary range of to per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

- Daily printing of checks and processing vendor invoices and financial obligations
- Handling employee expense reimbursements

- Reviewing vendor statements and invoices and responding to inquiries and discrepancies
- Maintaining confidential records and working independently or with teams

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of ebill websites
