Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports from rough draft form.
• Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys, including calendaring, preparing letters and emails, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing attorney contact and client lists.
• Input invoices and expense reports in Chrome River for processing.
• Assist in requesting conflict of interest reports and opening new clients/matters through the firm's software program.
• Prepare client binders and documents for signing instructions.
• Provide overflow assistance to attorneys and legal support staff in a team environment.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills preferred.
Compensation:
• Expected salary range of $52,000 - $57,000 annually for candidates based in Chicago, IL.
• Starting salary will be determined based on individual experience and qualifications.
