Job Summary:

Gibson Dunn, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team in California, New York, or Washington . This role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources for financial analysis
- Present data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable way
- Work cross-functionally with different teams to understand data needs and provide timely insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleansing
- Identify areas of inefficiency or potential risk and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with BI tools (., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of business processes in law firms is a plus
- Experience with legal software systems highly preferred
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning techniques is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

- Annual compensation range of $100-130k
- Additional benefits include health care, retirement benefits, paid time off, and parental leave
