Job Title: Pricing and Legal Project Management Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop and monitor comprehensive and realistic budgets that align with client needs and the law firm's profit objectives.
- Assist with the finance portion of RFP responses and prepare client and attorney-requested reports and data.
- Establish best practices and operational procedures to ensure strong client relationships and effective matter support.
- Work with law firm leaders, Finance, Business Intake, IT, and other departments to achieve objectives.
- Provide detailed input for plans and budgets, particularly where Alternative Fee Arrangements are proposed, and monitor performance against actuals.
- Create specific matter plans that align with client and attorney objectives for better performance tracking.
- Participate in legal operations tasks for clients, such as creating process documents.
- Develop standardized practice group, client, and matter level processes and procedures to streamline administrative work and data collection for reporting.
- Coordinate data gathering and analysis for quarterly client reviews and presentations (QBRs).
- Assist attorney teams with ad hoc financial requests and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT to develop automated reports to enhance efficiency.
- Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in pricing, legal project management, and/or financial analysis.
- Experience in the professional services industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to achieve certification in legal pricing and/or legal project management within two years.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and clear information conveyance.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working independently and as an effective team player.
- Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and additional hours to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, formulas, macros).
- Knowledge of profitability software such as Redwood, and Power BI is preferred.

Salary Information:
- The position may be filled in Washington, Illinois, District of Columbia, New York, or Colorado.
- The base salary ranges for this position are:
- Washington: $78,000 - $118,000/yr
- Illinois: $78,000 - $118,000/yr
- District of Columbia: $86,000 - $128,000/yr
- New York City: $86,000 - $128,000/yr
- California: $86,000 - $128,000/yr
