Job Title: Immigration Paralegal (Urdu or Bengali Speaking)
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, perform intakes, and complete various USCIS applications. This includes but is not limited to applications for Adjustment of Status, Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, and Work Authorization.
- Provide clients with timely updates on their case status, whether over the phone or in person, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
- Assist attorneys with file organization and case preparation. This includes preparing submissions to USCIS and Immigration Court, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree in law or a Paralegal Certificate is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Immigration Paralegal is necessary to ensure familiarity with the processes and requirements involved.
- The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals.
- Organization and attention to detail are essential, as well as strong time-management skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Google apps, Microsoft Word, and Cerenade is required to manage case files and documentation efficiently.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important for this role.
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu or Punjabi or Bengali is a plus, including the willingness and ability to interpret and translate when needed.
Salary Information:
- The pay for this position starts at per hour, as provided by the employer.

Work Location:
